Cancellations

You and your appointments are very important to us. We reserve dedicated time especially for you and understand that schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary.

We respectfully require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.

Please contact Chrysalis Hair Design directly if you need to cancel or reschedule. Replying to an automated appointment reminder does not cancel the appointment on our schedule. Any applicable cancellation or no-show fee must be paid before you can book another appointment.

Tardiness

If you are running late for your appointment, please call ahead to let us know. If you arrive beyond 15 minutes late, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely.

Tipping

Gratuities are accepted in Cash, Personal Check, and Venmo.

Product and Hair Tool Return Policy

Chrysalis Hair Design accepts product returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. We ask that returned products are only gently used. Credit issued will be equal to the value of purchase. Hair tools such as blow dryers and flat irons must be returned, by you, directly through the manufacturer.
